Key Responsibilities

• Formulate a suitable buying strategy in line with Brand and MAF Lifestyle guidelines.
• Direct and manage vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and purchasing.
• Ensure profitable product ranges are developed to maximize profit and sales.
• Manage and control all aspects of stock to achieve reduced lost sales and improved buying.
• Contribute to the development of annual business plans and monitor performance against targets.

Requirements

• 4-5 years in a senior Merchandising role.
• Experience in a retail background is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
• Qualification in Retail Management / Purchasing / Sales or related subjects.
