Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex content accounting processes, including amortization and valuation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements related to content assets.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Collaborate with production and business teams on content deals and financial reporting.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Support internal and external audits related to content accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in content accounting, entertainment industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
