Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management, planning, and organizing of administrative functions.
- Provide administrative support for Fitout Construction processes.
- Manage and control Fitout project documentation.
- Support in drafting work orders and change requests.
- Ensure the Fitout master tracker is updated.
- Produce status reports as requested by management.
Requirements
- General administration services experience.
- Excellent communication skills (writing and reading) are essential.
- Experience organizing files and documents for projects.
- Document Controller courses or certification is an advantage.
