Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on corporate law matters, including M&A.
- Lead and manage M&A transactions from due diligence to closing.

Requirements
- Law degree from a reputable institution (Abogado/a).
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in corporate law and M&A, preferably in a leading law firm.
- Strong understanding of Argentine corporate legal framework.
- Proven ability to lead complex transactions and manage client expectations.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
