Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters relevant to international recruitment and HR services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including client contracts, service agreements, and partnership terms.
- Ensure strict compliance with international and local labor laws, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and recruitment industry standards.
- Advise on immigration and relocation legal aspects for international candidates and clients.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the company’s cross-border operations and business development.
- Represent the company in legal discussions, negotiations, or disputes as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer, preferably within an international setting or with exposure to the recruitment/HR industry.
- Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, corporate governance, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and provide commercially astute legal solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Admitted to practice law in Cyprus or a relevant jurisdiction is highly advantageous.
