Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and independent credit reviews of loan portfolios.
• Assess credit risks and ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on credit findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for management.
• Identify and evaluate potential areas of credit weakness or exposure.
• Monitor market trends and economic conditions impacting credit quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior credit review team members.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in credit review, risk management, or a related banking function.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth understanding of banking products, credit processes, and financial regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a professional team.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
