Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports using various BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical project scope.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems and optimize decision-making processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytical outputs.
• Contribute to the strategic development of data infrastructure, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a preference for senior-level roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
