Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior data professionals within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Data Specialist, with significant exposure to the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Expert proficiency in data analysis languages and tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and best practices, including data privacy.
