Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Data Specialist, with significant exposure to the healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Expert proficiency in data analysis languages and tools such as SQL, Python, or R, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, and best practices, including data privacy.
