Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for digital card products and services.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch performance monitoring for digital card solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, risk management, and operations to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Monitor industry regulations, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape affecting the card business.
- Prepare detailed reports, business cases, and presentations on product performance, strategic initiatives, and future roadmaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital product management or service planning within the card business or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends, payment ecosystems, and financial technology innovations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, drive innovation, and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
