Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT Project Management Office (PMO) function, defining its strategy and roadmap.
  • Oversee and govern all aspects of IT and system integration projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex IT programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing team of project managers and IT professionals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Senior Director or similar leadership role within an IT Project Management Office.
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing large-scale system integration projects.
  • Strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL certifications preferred).
  • Exceptional strategic planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and technological advancements.
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
