    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute robust e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and market share for luxury beauty brands.
    • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including website performance, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
    • Analyze digital performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize user experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and brand teams to ensure seamless omnichannel integration.
    • Lead and mentor junior e-commerce team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Oversee budget management and forecasting for e-commerce initiatives across the region.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or retail sector.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
