Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities related to operations readiness and assurance.
• Evaluate process design and operability during project phases.
• Identify and mitigate process-related risks before handover to operations.
• Support the development of operating procedures and training materials.
• Interface with engineering, commissioning, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar role.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC project on a PMC role is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
