The role involves verifying and processing invoices, managing debtor accounts, handling collections, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and experience in a hotel environment.

• Salary Range: Competitive tax-free salary paid in UAE Dirhams (AED)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process invoices from Local and GCC Travel & Tour Operators.
• Prepare and dispatch fortnightly statements with supporting documents.
• Manage debtor accounts by updating payment records in Solomon.
• Handle collections and queries professionally, escalating overdue accounts.
• Participate in bi-monthly meetings to review aged balances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Finance role within a 5-star hotel environment.
• Proficiency in financial systems, especially Solomon, Opera or similar ERP platforms, and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
