Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
- Oversee and manage talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
- Efficiently manage HR operations, administration, and employee life cycle processes.
- Provide expert advice and support to management and employees on all HR-related matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within the technology or IT services industry.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Sri Lanka.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and diverse organizational environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management tools and software.
