Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-quality graphic designs for various digital and print media.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms.
• Create engaging marketing materials, presentations, website visuals, and campaign assets.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet strategic objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably within the IT or consulting sector.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication, conceptualization, and presentation skills.
