    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
    • Independently lead recruitment initiatives from workforce planning to offer management and onboarding.
    • Design and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and organizational development.
    • Lead change management initiatives and contribute to organizational restructuring.

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
    • Proven ability to work independently and handle senior-level HR responsibilities.
    • Strong experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
