Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Independently lead recruitment initiatives from workforce planning to offer management and onboarding.
- Design and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations and organizational development.
- Lead change management initiatives and contribute to organizational restructuring.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle senior-level HR responsibilities.
- Strong experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
