Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of business processes and requirements for credit products within financial institutions.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, with significant exposure to credit products and financial services.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, especially in lending, risk management, and credit lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
