Senior Learning & Experience Specialist

Job Overview

Aban Investment (part of Ghobash Group) is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Learning & Experience Specialist in Dubai. You’ll design end-to-end learning journeys—needs analysis, curriculum design, digital asset creation, facilitation, and impact evaluation—while optimizing tools (LMS/LXP/AI) and vendor spend. You’ll work cross-functionally with business leaders and SMEs to align capability building with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct skills-based needs assessments; translate gaps into targeted learning roadmaps.
• Design curricula for digital, blended, and instructor-led formats; craft storyboards and content outlines.
• Create digital learning assets (e-learning, simulations, videos, interactive multimedia; leverage AI where relevant).
• Manage learner experience across LMS/LXP/AI: structure catalogs/paths, ensure accessibility and engagement.
• Facilitate workshops/webinars as needed; support communities of practice.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies; analyze data to improve programs and evidence ROI.
• Integrate tech (LinkedIn Learning, authoring tools, analytics) and manage vendor/tool costs.
• Collaborate with SMEs/designers to ensure accuracy, brand, and business alignment.
• Iterate based on feedback; maintain usability and inclusivity standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Instructional Design/L&D/EdTech/HR (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in instructional design, digital learning development, and facilitation.
• Certifications (CIPD, APTD/CPTD) preferred; hands-on with AI-driven learning a plus.
• Fluency with LMS/LXP administration, authoring tools, analytics, and basic video/motion workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
