Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify retail lease documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies and governance standards.
• Liaise between tenants, legal, finance, and property management teams.
• Maintain accurate lease data within Yardi Elevate systems.
• Prepare reports on lease status, revenue tracking, and portfolio performance.
• Support periodic audits of lease records for data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in lease administration.
• Experience in reviewing and managing retail lease documents and data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing lease documentation.
• Proficiency with Yardi Elevate.
