Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector.

• Support deal execution across all phases, from origination to closing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in M&A advisory or investment banking, with a specific focus on renewable energy.
