Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, priority setting, and decision-making.
- Lead and manage CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Conduct business analysis, market assessments, and strategic evaluations.
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations for the CEO.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and follow-through on critical initiatives.
- Track execution of key priorities and proactively address risks or bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, investments, or senior operational roles.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
