Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall conference and events programming strategy.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of conferences, exhibitions, forums, and special events.
• Manage event budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop conference and programming teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, speakers, government bodies, industry leaders, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field.
• 8–12+ years’ experience in conferences, events, or large-scale programming.
• Proven experience delivering high-profile, revenue-driven events.
• Experience working with senior executives, sponsors, and public-sector or corporate stakeholders.
