Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive design, development, and regular review of aviation training courses.
- Ensure all training programs adhere to national and international aviation regulatory standards.
- Manage course schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain the effectiveness and relevance of training.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of course development specialists and trainers.
- Collaborate actively with various departments and external partners on strategic training initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in course management, curriculum development, or educational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successful team management and development.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations or experience in a highly regulated industry is advantageous.
