Key Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership within the People & Change practice.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People & Change consulting or senior HR leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and talent strategies.
- Exceptional client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., in Human Resources, Business, Psychology).
