Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for managing and recovering corporate special assets effectively.
- Oversee the analysis, valuation, and resolution of non-performing loans and distressed corporate accounts.
- Lead a team of asset managers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and other internal departments to ensure optimal asset recovery solutions.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting special asset management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on portfolio performance and strategies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in special assets, corporate credit, or risk management within a banking environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of success.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations, Sharia-compliant banking principles, and market practices.
