Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of motor insurance claims from notification through to settlement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, third parties, assessors, and repairers.
- Ensure all claims are handled within agreed timelines and service standards.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records across internal systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motor Claims Handler (personal injury exposure preferred).
- APA or CIP qualified (or working towards completion).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy caseload.
- High attention to detail and organisational ability.
