Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Agency Facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external agencies to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive reports related to agency performance and facility utilization.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency enhancements and implement effective improvements.
- Support the development and provide guidance to junior staff within the Agency Facility team.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a UAE National, as this is an Emiratised role.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in banking operations or agency facility management.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
