Key Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliation of recovery GL accounts for international branches/entities.
• Follow-up with international branch/entity SPOC for confirmation.
• Capitalization and tagging of fixed assets on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining CIP Asset details for tracking and capitalization.
• Performing half-yearly spot checks of assets to ensure they are tagged.
• Maintaining project status with WIP details for monthly review.

Requirements

• Ensure work activities are in line with the Bank’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Prepare fusion & T24 upload entries to debit international branch/entity account post confirmation.
• Follow-up with Project managers to ensure accuracy and timely closure of projects.
• Perform the capitalization of assets related to Projects.
