Key Responsibilities
- Act as a hostess for guests and customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Support operational F&B duties during staff shortages, including guest service and table management.
- Maintain and update F&B records, reports, and documentation.
- Support inventory management, procurement, and ordering processes.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to F&B administration.
