Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across various business units.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., EBA guidelines, SSM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
