Key Responsibilities

• Ensure zero operational losses and minimize near miss/income leakage events.
• Adhere to TAT standards as agreed with the business, aiming for zero complaints.
• Ensure no unauthorized breaches in policy/regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain satisfactory ratings in all audits (INA/RMU/OCS/Self-Assessment).
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support cross-functional desks as needed and execute departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related discipline; CITF preferred.
• Thorough understanding of ICC Rules, local laws, and legal risks.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Finance with hands-on experience in all trade finance products.
• Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel-Macros, Pivot, MS Access) and other analytical tools.
• Extensive knowledge of UCP600, URC522, ISBP, ISP98, URDG758, URR725, Incoterms 2010, ICC Banking Commission opinions, etc.
