Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and audit project schedules and cost plans from concept to handover.
- Review consultants’ and contractors’ submissions for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.
- Monitor project progress, conduct critical path analysis, earned value calculations, and cost performance reviews.
- Identify risks affecting time and cost, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate major issues.
- Prepare final schedules, cost reconciliations, and post-project lessons learned.
- Ensure all planning and cost control requirements are met across all project stages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- UAE experience mandatory, preferably in consultancy houses, real estate developers, or equivalent family conglomerate projects.
- Strong experience in project scheduling, cost control, and earned value management.
- Experience with projects worth AED 100M+.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
