Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for large-scale energy, concessions, and construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure optimal terms and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee supplier selection, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement management, preferably within the energy, concessions, or construction sectors.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and procurement best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international project environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
