Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase AC flooring systems, cement, steel, and industrial construction supplies.
• Prepare and issue LPO, RFQs, RFIs, and purchase orders.
• Evaluate supplier quotations technically and commercially.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in construction or industrial procurement.
• Strong experience with AC flooring, cement, steel, and industrial materials.
• Solid negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
