Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and introduce market leading products and services including loans, credit cards, and instalment programs.
- Develop short and long term product roadmaps for cards and loans, including digital acquisition journeys and underwriting models.
- Conduct client insights, segmentation, competitive analysis, and regulatory reviews to drive product and process improvements.
- Drive operational efficiency by designing end to end solutions across credit decisioning, customer onboarding, and loan disbursements.
- Maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring adherence to credit risk frameworks and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Legal, Technology, Marketing, and external payment networks to drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across formal and informal structures.
- Deep expertise in developing, launching, and managing loan and card products across the full lifecycle.
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment, credit frameworks, and competitive market dynamics within consumer finance.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to plan and manage budgets and build financial models.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly for digital lending and card transformation initiatives.
