Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of programs and operations in Bangladesh.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in program and operations management, preferably in the health or development sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience working with non-profit organizations or global health initiatives is highly desirable.
