Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for advertising campaigns, from planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong relationships.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure all deliverables align with client briefs and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of advertising principles, campaign development, and digital marketing processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and MS Office Suite.
