Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables for the Strongim Wok Long TVET program.
- Support the project team in planning, implementation, and monitoring of program objectives and outcomes.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communication flows with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective information sharing and coordination across different project components and partners.
- Contribute to the development and tracking of project budgets, resources, and procurement processes.
- Assist in stakeholder engagement, partnership management, and logistical arrangements for project events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within international development or consulting environments.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in complex and dynamic environments, adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience working in Papua New Guinea or similar developing country contexts is highly desirable.
