Key Responsibilities
- Creation of all New Items and codes in Oracle Software.
- Check all quotations received from Enquiry send By ALI (Hardware/Electrical, Plumbing, steel, Block Mesh Etc).
- Negotiate and finalise Price (Hardware/Electrical/Plumbing/Steel/ Etc).
- Preparation of Comparison statement.
- Preparation of LPOs.
- Maintains Log Sheet for Proforma Inv given to A/c (Cheque Copys).
Requirements
- Experience required in Mega Projects.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Oracle Software for item creation.
- Ability to prepare comparison statements and LPOs.
- Good organizational skills for maintaining log sheets.
- Familiarity with hardware, electrical, plumbing, and steel purchasing.
