Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans for banking applications.
- Oversee the execution of various testing phases, including functional, performance, and security testing.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams for seamless deployment processes.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with teams for timely resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and deployment processes and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
- Experience with various testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic banking environment.
