Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Prepare interim payment certificates and progress reports.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, contracts, and cost control.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
