    MEFITPRO is seeking a Senior Receptionist to provide excellent customer service at our Jumeirah Islands Pavilion location. The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, and capable of handling all types of enquiries, providing a positive first impression of our fitness facility and brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome members and guests into the facility and answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages promptly.
    • Handle new client sign-ups, waivers, and orientations, and nurture, track, and communicate with leads daily.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, payments, and client information, and schedule classes, assessments, and events in the CRM.
    • Ensure the facility is kept clean, tidy, hygienic, and safe, and report stock levels for supplies and ensure timely restocking.
    • Post content and respond to comments/messages on social media as per marketing guidelines, and handle payment transactions ensuring sales are logged correctly in the CRM.
    • Support coaches with class setup and client coordination, and handle minor troubleshooting (sound systems, booking systems, CRM).

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience working in a fitness centre/club or similar customer-facing environment.
    • Computer literate; proficiency in Excel and CRM systems preferred.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong numeracy skills and good attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
    • Native English speakers are highly preferred.
