• Manage key sales and clients for the Fine Jewelry (FJ) department.
• Optimize sales through enhancing client relationships.
• Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store.
• Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills.
• Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards.
