Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and subcontractors for seamless work execution.
- Manage and track material deliveries, tools, and manpower needs for the assigned zone.
- Conduct inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Section Manager.
- Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MEP construction or infrastructure environments.
- Strong grasp of installation sequencing, QA/QC standards, and health & safety protocols.
- Skilled in technical documentation, project coordination, and site leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
