Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions for digital products.
- Collaborate effectively with US-based engineering teams on various innovation projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, coding standards, and testing.
- Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making processes.
- Contribute expertise across mobile & web development, data engineering, or DevOps areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in software engineering, preferably within a digital agency context.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to web/mobile development, data engineering, or DevOps.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with remote US teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced, nearshore environment.
