Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust business intelligence solutions, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide comprehensive analytical support.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all BI initiatives and systems.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to management and executive teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of BI capabilities within QIC.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or Data Analyst in a mid-senior role.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong command of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large-scale data environments, data warehousing, and ETL processes is a plus.
