Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-deal commercial advice to the Front Office on deal construction.
• Review and approve draft sales and purchase Confirmations and amendments.
• Ensure agreements comply with company’s policies including compliance language and confidentiality.
• Support negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex agreements.
• Review 3rd Party terms and conditions and negotiate amendments as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all confirmations, contracts, and other records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Contract Law, Legal, Commerce or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with trading, operations or legal functions.
• Advanced knowledge in Legal & Contracts (Law, Incoterms, Tax, Regulation).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
