Key Responsibilities
- Design, incubate, and lead implementation of key strategic transformation initiatives.
- Oversee Upstream’s business transformation and productivity initiatives.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives across the Directorate.
- Provide strategic and commercial support to key investment projects.
- Manage the development and delivery of strategic, accurate, and effective communication.
- Actively support the Vice President in the development and monitoring of business plans and budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 years of minimum relevant experience, with at least 8 years in managerial roles.
- Strong experience in the oil & gas industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrable project management skills.
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management accreditations or similar are preferred.
