    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, incubate, and lead implementation of key strategic transformation initiatives.
    • Oversee Upstream’s business transformation and productivity initiatives.
    • Lead large-scale change management initiatives across the Directorate.
    • Provide strategic and commercial support to key investment projects.
    • Manage the development and delivery of strategic, accurate, and effective communication.
    • Actively support the Vice President in the development and monitoring of business plans and budgets.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
    • 10 years of minimum relevant experience, with at least 8 years in managerial roles.
    • Strong experience in the oil & gas industry is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills and demonstrable project management skills.
    • Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
    • Project Management accreditations or similar are preferred.
