Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead implementation of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Oversee Upstream’s business transformation and productivity initiatives.
• Lead large scale change management initiatives across the Directorate.
• Provide strategic and commercial support to key investment projects.
• Manage the development and delivery of strategic communication.
• Analyze data sets to extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10 years of minimum relevant experience with 8 years in managerial roles.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills.
