Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and forecasting of global supply chain operations.
- Manage and execute complex supply chain projects from initiation to completion.
- Optimize inventory levels, logistics, and distribution processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with international manufacturing sites, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical products to global markets.
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain planning and project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
